5. Service Agreements and Payment Terms

5.2 Payment

- Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Warranties regarding third-party services or products
We do not warrant that our services will meet all client requirements or that they will be completely error-free, though we will make diligent efforts to address any issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- AnointTech's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- We shall not be liable for damages caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including client-provided content, third-party services, or force majeure events
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnointTech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Client's use of our services
- Client's violation of these Terms
- Client-provided content or materials
- Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights by client materials
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or applications. We are not responsible for:
- The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
- Third-party terms of service or privacy policies
- Any damage or loss caused by third-party services
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
11. Support and Maintenance
Post-project support and maintenance services may be available and will be outlined in separate agreements. Support typically includes:

12. Termination
Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

- For Non-Payment: After specified grace period for payment default
Upon termination:
- Client must pay for all work completed to date
- AnointTech will deliver all completed work products
- Both parties will return or destroy confidential information
- Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, and limitations of liability will survive
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
